GO! Advanced planning visit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 4-th and 5-th of July 2022, the partners of the GO! (Good Opportunity!) project came together for an advanced planning visit in Kaunas, Lithuania to finalize preparations for the upcoming exchange program. The program, set to take place in August 2022, aims to promote youth entrepreneurship and provide opportunities for young people to develop their own social business ideas in an international setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the planning visit, the partners discussed and fine-tuned various aspects of the program, including the selection process for participants, the schedule of activities, and the evaluation methods to be used. They also discussed the use of non-formal education methods and intercultural learning techniques, which will be integrated throughout the program to support personal development, understanding of different cultures, and team-building among participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the main focuses of the planning visit was the implementation of non-formal education methods, such as experiential learning and collaborative problem-solving. These methods will be used to engage participants in hands-on activities and projects, allowing them to apply the skills and knowledge they gain in real-life situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partners also discussed the use of intercultural learning techniques, which will help participants understand and respect different cultures and promote a sense of tolerance and acceptance. This will be achieved through a variety of activities, such as cultural workshops, intercultural communication training, and cross-cultural team-building exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the key focuses during the advanced planning visit was the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities. The project partners made a concerted effort to ensure that the selection process for participants was fair and inclusive, and that a diverse range of ethnic groups and cultures were represented. This was achieved through targeted outreach efforts and a commitment to ensuring that the selection process was accessible to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of the advanced planning visit have been extremely positive, with partners agreeing that the program is well-structured, and that the use of non-formal education methods and intercultural learning techniques will greatly enhance the overall experience for participants. The partners are now fully prepared for the exchange program and are excited to welcome the participants in August for a life-changing experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GO! (Good Opportunity!) project is a collaboration between organizations from Lithuania and Poland, and is supported by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program. The program is open to young people between the ages of 18 and 24, and provides a unique opportunity for personal growth, intercultural understanding, and the development of social entrepreneurship skills. We invite young people from both Lithuania and Poland to apply and be a part of this exciting program.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
