My name is Tomas, and I participated in the Lithuania-Poland youth exchange program focused on entrepreneurship. Before the program, I had always been interested in starting my own business, but I didn’t know where to start. Through the program, I learned about the different stages of starting a business, from identifying a market need to creating a business plan to securing funding.

One of the most valuable experiences was meeting other young entrepreneurs from both Lithuania and Poland. We shared our ideas and experiences, and I gained a lot of insight into different industries and markets. It was inspiring to see how others had taken their ideas and turned them into successful businesses.

After the program, I felt much more confident in my ability to start my own business. I used the knowledge and skills I had gained to create a business plan for a tech startup, and I am currently in the process of securing funding to make it a reality.

My name is Magda, and I participated in the Lithuania-Poland youth exchange program focused on entrepreneurship. I had always been interested in social entrepreneurship, and this program gave me the opportunity to explore that interest further.

During the program, I have learned about social enterprises and their impact on the community. It was inspiring to see how businesses could create positive change while also being financially sustainable. We also had workshops on topics like marketing and fundraising specific to social enterprises.

After the program, I was determined to start my own social enterprise. I created a business plan for a bakery that would provide job opportunities and training for people with disabilities. I also reached out to local organizations to secure funding and support for the business. I hope it would be wonderful exiting and successful experience.

My name is Karolina, growing up, I always had a passion for creating things and coming up with new ideas. When I was introduced to the concept of entrepreneurship during the Lithuania-Poland youth exchange program, I realized that this was the perfect way for me to channel my creativity and make a positive impact on my community.

One of the main motivators for me to start my own business was the desire to solve a problem that I saw in my community. I noticed that there was a lack of eco-friendly products available, so I decided to try start my own business selling sustainable and eco-friendly products. I am inspired by the idea of promoting sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.

Through the GO! (Good Opportunity!) project, I was able to gain the motivation, inspiration also as skills and knowledge I needed to start my own business. I also received support from other young entrepreneurs.
